OrthoFX is a direct-to-consumer clear teeth aligner company based in California.

Working closely with the team, my team optimized the user experience of their website and developed some clever moments along the way to keep users engaged. The OrthoFX team also tasked us with creating a new patient and doctor web portal, requiring unique user journeys to be sitemapped and designed. This coincided with our work to develop flows for users to try and/or buy, leading to an increase in sales and conversions the OrthoFX team.
